Extra Help/LIS

LIS is short for Low Income Subsidy and is officially known as Extra Help from Social Security. 

Extra Help is a Medicare programs to help people with limited income and resources pay Medicare prescription drug costs.

Extra Help/LIS can be extremely beneficial and save you thousands of dollars…providing you qualify. Unfortunately, if you make one penny too much or have one penny too much, you don’t qualify.
