Thanks Chris for helping me sign up for my Medicare supplement and drug plan. Having the ability to watch and learn from your videos was definitely so important and helpful. Signing up over the phone and emails from Florida was very convenient.  Like I said, I found that your videos and phone calls allowed me review my choices multiple times from my home. 

For the average retiree, choosing a Medicare supplement/advantage plan can be overwhelming. SO many plans and options to choose from! We were thrilled when Chris reached out to help us, and thanks to his extensive knowledge of ALL the plans available in our area, we picked the very best one for us. He was so patient and friendly - listening to all of our questions and concerns and bringing up points we had not even considered. He is very familiar with the state-wide medical facilities and doctors and knows which ones accept certain insurance plans, which is most important when choosing a plan. 

Every year, at re-enrollment time, Chris reaches out to make sure that the plan we have is still the best one available to us, and this year we were especially grateful. When he sat down with us and went over our options, he showed us a plan that not only kept all our great benefits AND our current doctors, but saved us a HUGE amount of money every month! When my time arrived to move to private insurance the choices of agents and plans was over whelming. As luck would have it and thank goodness it did, Chris Prang found me. Chris has been my agent from the beginning. That being said there are no words to describe how Chris has served me as an agent. Time and time again he has gone far beyond his responsibilities to solve issues in my behalf. He has patiently guided me through technology shortcomings—that has been invaluable in getting things completed. As a person Chris is warm, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.
